    PLEASE NOTE: The price for camping includes camping on the show ground field during the same period exhibitors can camping (The Thursday prior to the show until the Wednesday after it). 2 adult passes are also included. If your party is larger, additional passes may be purchased on the days.

  • Terms and conditions

    In making and paying for your camping tickets for the North Cotswold Steam & Vintage Show you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

    Bookings:

    1. Once your booking has been accepted you will be issued with confirmation. Until such time as the booking confirmation is issued the booking is not complete. Payments may be made online by card via PayPal. Full payment is required on booking. If payment is not received the booking will be cancelled.
    2. Bookings are for a maximum 6 night stay running from the Thursday prior to the show to the Wednesday after it and are for one pitch for one tent with a car, one caravan with a car or a motorhome with no car and a maximum of 6 people per pitch. Please note: While you are welcome to arrive any day from the Thursday prior to the show and depart up to and including the Wednesday after, facilities on site are only guaranteed on the two show dates over the weekend. We recommend arriving Friday and departing Sunday evening.
    3. Camping tickets are sold in conjunction with entry tickets and not sold separately.
    4. Bookings are non-transferable.
    5. You must be over 18 years old to make a booking and to stay on site without an adult.
    6. We welcome couples, families and groups but reserve the right not to accept bookings.

    Cancellations:

    1. Except in the event the show does not take place, your booking is non-refundable.
    2. We reserve the right to terminate your permission to stay on site immediately in the event that you or those in your party are in breach of these terms and conditions. In the event that permission to stay is terminated no monies will be refunded to you.
    3. In the event of show cancellation, full refunds will be made if the cancellation is announced 180 days or less from the time of purchase. After 180 days, refunds will be minus booking and PayPal fees. No other compensation will be made
    4. Monies will not be refunded in the event that some members of your group fail to arrive or you leave the site early whatever the circumstances.

    On Site:

    1. Personal belonging are your responsibility and we will not be liable for any personal belonging lost or damaged during your stay.
    2. The number of people occupying each pitch must not exceed 6 people in total at anytime.
    3. Pitches are for a tent and one car, a caravan and one car or a motorhome with no car only and have no hook up facilities.
    4. Pitches must be left free clean and free of rubbish at departure or an additional charge may be applied. Any rubbish is to be placed in the recycling bins or general waste bins on site or taken home with you.
    5. All cigarette stubs must be disposed of in a bin and not littered on the ground
    6. Wi-Fi is not available on site but there is good mobile service at Notgrove depending on your service provider.
    7. Be respectful of other guests
    8. All guests are to be responsible for their own children’s safety at all times.
    9. One dog per pitch is welcome BUT must be kept under control at all times and on a lead. Please do not leave your dog unsupervised at any time. All dog waste must be picked up and put in the bin.
    10. Professional photographers will be attending the event to obtain pictures for show promotion material such as our website and merchandise. Photographs will only be taken with exhibits as the focus point. By entering the show grounds you agree to the possibility of being in the background of these photographs.
