You will be required to pay a fee for your entry. Charges are per footage of stall required and to be paid upfront with applications. Funds will go towards the running of the show next year and also to help local charities and organisations, which is one of the reasons we run the show. This deposit is payable at time of entry via Paypal (Visa, Mastercard etc) except in the case of charity applications
All public liability insurance must be checked before the show date. You will be required to upload your current PLI during entry, even if it is not valid on the show dates. In the event your PLI isn't valid on the show dates at time of entry, you will be contacted nearer the show date to provide an updated copy. If you currently have no PLI you cannot enter at this time.
CATERING (Hot food, cold food such as ice cream, beverages) ENTRIES ARE BY INVITATION ONLY AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. You can however submit trade entries for small cake or sweet stalls.

We are pleased to invite you to submit this on line application form for your Marquee Entry. Please refer to the FAQ for details on arrival arrangements etc.
You will be supplied with up to 2 tables for your marquee entry. THERE IS NO SPACE FOR VEHICLES ON THE SHOW GROUND FOR MARQUEE ENTRIES and they must be left in the car park. If you require your vehicle at your stand then you must enter a normal trade entry here

For health and safety reasons we must insist that any classic car exhibits remain on the site until 4pm on the day(s) you are presenting. If a departure cannot be adverted (for example in an emergency), we must insist you first contact an on site steward to notify them of your intent to leave before moving your exhibit. They will then make the necessary arrangements so you may depart the site safely.

Terms and conditions
In making and paying for your entry for the North Cotswold Steam & Vintage Show you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions during the whole period of the event:
- All entries need to be covered by the appropriate level of insurance as below. Failure to produce evidence of such cover will result in immediate exclusion from the Show Ground. If your insurance is already in place and valid for the show dates please send a photo copy through with your application form, otherwise please present when you arrive (exhibitors only). Trade entries are required to provide insurance before the show begins and will be contacted in the event their insurance is not valid on the show dates at time of entry.
- Steam - £5m public liability (including boiler explosions if applicable; boiler inspection certificates must be produced at time of entering or on arrival at show gate)
- Trade/Catering/Marquee - £5m public liability
- Cars/Trucks/Tractors - General road insurance OR £5m public liability
- The driver of any vehicle on the Show Ground will hold a valid driving licence applicable to that vehicle and must also have minimum insurance for that vehicle as required by the Road Traffic Act.
- I will abide by the health and safety electrical regulations in their current form.
- Exhibits will be in a safe condition whether working or not.
- No liability is accepted for property, exhibits or any other equipment left on the show ground at any time.
- Stationary engines and machinery will be at least 8 feet behind the fence line.
- Tractors will carry only one person regardless of type of seating fitted.
- Commercial vehicles and cars passengers only carried in fixed passenger seats.
- Passengers are not to be carried on motor cycles unless fitted with a sidecar.
- Generators and machinery must be within the boundary of your allocated space and should not be run between the hours of 11pm-6am without prior approval from the organiser.
- Caravans, motorhomes and transporters will be parked under instruction from and if necessary positioned by a steward.
- For public safety there is to be no vehicular movement between 9.30am and 6pm except in an emergency and only when escorted by a steward.
- Exhibitors are required to be present no later than 9am on each day of attendance. Late arrivals after 9.30am will be held in a designated area and await the arrival of a steward but entry may be refused for that day if deemed not safe to move around show ground.
- Exhibitors may arrive no earlier than from 10am on the Thursday prior to the show’s weekend and must depart by 5pm the following Wednesday.
- Dogs will be kept on leads at all times and waste disposed of appropriately.
- Waste will be taken home with you.
- Site speed limit is 5MPH at all times during the show weekend.
- Catering entries are by invitation only. Invited catering entries may not sell alcohol of any kind and must present current food hygiene certificates prior to arrival to the show.
- Trade entries may not partake in any event such as raffles, other than what is explicitly detailed on their entry form
- Except in the event the show does not take place, your booking is non-refundable (if applicable).
- In the event of show cancellation, full refunds will be made if the cancellation is announced 180 days or less from the time of purchase. After 180 days, refunds will be minus booking and PayPal fees. No other compensation will be made
- All entries agree to be photographed by professional photographers attending the event. These photographs are used only for show promotion material such as our website and merchandise. Photographs will only be taken with exhibits as the focus point. In the event you do not wish your entry to be photographed, or do not consent to appearing in the background of photographs, please contact the show organisers on arrival.
In default of the foregoing I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organisers of the event, its officers, its helpers or any other persons on their instruction or behalf from any claim, accidental damage or personal injury whatsoever, or death however so caused by my exhibit and my participation in this event. I have read and agree to abide and comply with the conditions above and to follow the instructions of the stewards and to act in a safe and reasonable manner at all times. PLEASE NOTE: The show organisers CANNOT be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury however so caused and reserve the right to refuse entry. The organisers' decision is final on all matters.
