    Tickets will be sent via email during August in the form of a document which is to be exchanged at the entry gate for wristbands. The document can be presented either in paper form on digitally on a phone.

    PLEASE NOTE: It is not possible to pre-purchase child tickets alone without also purchasing at least one adult/senior ticket. Ticket prices include booking fees.

    In making and paying for your tickets for the North Cotswold Steam & Vintage Show you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

    1. You must be over 18 years old to pre-purchase tickets
    2. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable expect in the event of show cancellation.
    3. In the event of show cancellation, full refunds will be made if the cancellation is announced 180 days or less from the time of purchase. After 180 days, refunds will be minus booking and PayPal fees. No other compensation will be made
    4. Your tickets permit you entry to the show ground when its open to the public. Please see the main website for opening times
    5. Tickets must be exchanged for wrist bands at the show gate on arrival
    6. Professional photographers will be attending the event to obtain pictures for show promotion material such as our website and merchandise. Photographs will only be taken with exhibits as the focus point. By entering the show grounds you agree to the possibility of being in the background of these photographs.
